Keto Chai

Confession time: I am not a coffee person. I don't hate it. But, I'm a tea lover.  My sacred morning ritual is a mug of frothy keto chai occasionally paired with some keto bread. I have a breakfast spot in my living room couch that overlooks my sunny balcony and I love to indulge in this morning ritual while zoning out the world around me. Keto chai is the fancier cousin of the bullet proof coffee. This drink can be customized to anyone's tastes and there is no one right way to make this. Make it your own by playing with the ingredients. So, what goes into my keto chai? Lots of good fat. That's what goes into it. Let me walk you through how I make this keto chai. Ingredients: Tea decoction - 300 ml Butter - 2tbsp or about 30 gms Fresh cream or whipping cream - 3 tbsp or about 45gms Keto sweetener of your choice  Method: Gather your ingredients.
